Lori here, I’m over on the Artesprix Blog with another Sublimation project.  Use your card making skills to stamp, blend, and color your way to Sublimation happiness!  Also, my new Sublimation Words and Phrase stamps are perfect for these types of project. These stamps eliminate the “reverse” image troubles of stamping words on sublimation projects.

Personalized Ribbon with Sublimation Ink

Hello all,

Lori here, with another Artesprix iron-on-ink project over on the Artesprix Blog. 

No need for tags this year when you can personalize the ribbon for each package using Artesprix Sublimation Ink Pads, Markers and Sublimation Ready Ribbon.  With a few simple steps and some repeat stamping, you can easily create personalized ribbon that will impress your friends and family. 

What is Sublimation Iron-on-Ink?

It is an interesting and fun product that allows you to create a design on standard copy paper that can then be heat transferred onto surfaces (must have polyester in it or have a polyester coating). Once the project is transferred to the blank, it is lifetime permanent. Before Artesprix, you would need a fancy printer to experience this level of personalization, but not anymore!

Polished Coasters – Watercolor Technique

Hello all,

Lori here, over on the Artesprix Blog with another interesting Sublimation Ink project.  This design features a quick and easy way to use Sublimation Refill Ink as a watercolor to make festive coasters for the Holiday.  This simple technique is the perfect companion to Sublimation Ink Refills and produces stunning results.  The completed coasters made me so happy that I am thinking of making more as holiday gifts for my friends.

Artesprix – Decorative Sign

Hello all,

I’m over on the Artesprix blog with a new Sublimation project using Artesprix Iron On Inks and Inkpads.

What is Sublimation ink (iron on ink/paint)? It is an interesting and fun product that allows you to create a design on standard copy paper that can then be heat transferred onto sublimation ready surfaces. The whole process is really magical!

We are now thoroughly into fall in my neck of the woods and I thought a “Happy Fall” Decorative Sign would be the perfect addition to my fall decorations. And can I just say…I love this sublimation ready Decorative Sign by Artesprix. I think I will be making a sublimation Decorative Sign for each and every holiday!

Be You: Sublimation Tumbler & Coaster

Hello all,

I am testing out the prototype of my new Sublimation Stamped Words set and created this fun Tumbler and Coaster. The Sublimation Word set (that I hope to have in production soon) is a set of my favorite phrases and words from the Be You and Winter stamp lines. I loved that I was able to stamp these faves’ directly onto my sublimation project without having to do any fancy dancing to get the image reversed. Awesome!

If you would like to create this project you can still use the Dragonfly and words from the Be You set, you will just need to use your typical method of reversing the word images for the sublimation transfer.

There has been a change in where you can fine my “Be You” stamp line that is being produced and distributed by Emerald Creek Craft Supplies. It is no longer directly available from the Emerald Creek website and will soon be sold by specific retailers. So, keep post for more information.

Oh my Gosh, NAMTA Creativation was wonderful. I am so happy that I was able to be in attendance this year. One of the coolest new products that was featured at this year’s show was artesprix’s Sublimation Acrylic Paints and new colors of Stamp pads! I was already in love with the artesprix Sumblimation markers and the black stamp pad that has been on the market, these new products just expanded the creative options for sublimation to a whole new level! Hello all,

I have a quick and easy Sublimation Ink project for you today. What do you do when you need a quick gift bag? Use your sublimation inks to heat set a personal design onto a drawstring bag, or course. I also kept it simple with just a Sublimation Ink pad and Black Round Marker.

Hello all,

Back again with a new Sublimation Ink project. I have had a Prima Marketing Inc. Mixed Media Journal cover left over from another project (that I completed quite some time ago) and I thought I would see how this product took to sublimation. Unfortunately, it does not look like Prima Marketing still carries these covers. However, I found something similar on Amazon: Prima Marketing Resist Canvas Mixed Media Album Covers. I’m sad that these covers are no longer available because they worked great as a substrate for sublimation ink.

This project also features my “Be You” stamp line that is being produced and distributed by Emerald Creek Craft Supplies.
