It’s time for a new challenge over on the Lost Coast Portal to Creativity Blog and this week’s theme is “Make it Funny”. I couldn’t resist using the “Party On” image (designed by Carri Sue) for my inspiration piece. This fun loving older lady image makes me laugh, even though it hits a little to close to home (as I am feeling my age as of late, lol).
This card features the use of black and white space as a back drop for spots of color. The trick is selecting and coloring only key elements of the design so that the color really pops and highlights the focal points.

Today I am over on the Lost Coast Designs Portal to Creative Blog with a bit of inspiration for the Song and Dance Challenge. This project is all about revisiting pigment inks. With so many wonderful inks available, I haven’t used pigment inks as much as I used to. They are great for blending and stamp a nice detailed image. So, this is pigment ink revisited.
