Wow, it’s been a busy few weeks for me. How about you? I am so excited to see hints of spring popping up here and there. I am so looking forward to warmer weather!
Since I have been a bit behind on my blogging, I thought I would catch you up on a few projects, website updates , and upcoming events.
Let’s start with projects:
Lost Coast Designs kicked off a new Challenge on the 15th of March – Round and Round Challenge # 72. For my inspiration piece, I created a journal spread in my 5 1/2″ circle journal. I hope you will pop on over to their blog and participate in this week’s challenge. Would love to see what you all come up with!
Last week I created this ATC trio for the Lost Coast Designs ATC Challenge #71. You can check out the details and step by steps for this project over on their Blog. Click here for the A Great Way to Experiment Blog post
New Mixed Media Project:
I actually fit in some time to create a new Steampunk themed Mixed Media project on a 12″ x 12″ stretched canvas. This was really off the cuff and created when I just needed some good old-fashioned art therapy! Really love the textures and colors on this one!
Did you see my post on instagram about the 3 new images designed by Carri Sue? Three new images from the Old Lady line have been added to the website and are available for digital download. So much fun!
I have also just created a new Sketchy Calla Lily that will be available for digital download by Monday, March 18th. Just in time for your Spring and Easter projects!.
The Let’s Create Expo is coming up on April 12th and 13th at the Mountain America Exposition Center in Sandy, Utah. I will teach two workshops at this event. Click on the title below to register.
Mixed Media Art Journaling:
Mixed Media Card:
Hope you will come down and scope out my original art work, paper crafts and other creations for sale. The market is open between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
I am starting to work on my summer schedule and hope to have more details out to you soon.
Well, I think that just about catches you up on everything. I hope that you all are having a great weekend!
