Hello all,
Have you had ever had one of those days where you doubt everything? That is the type of day that I have had. Questioning, over-thinking and doubting. So, I thought I would try to get some of this out of my system with some art therapy.
Hence, this Mixed Media piece on 8″ x 10″ stretched canvas. This mixed up project really reflects my feelings today. However, now that I have spent several hours playing with paint and pieces, I am feeling much better! I might even get a good nights sleep tonight.

Thanks, Vicki! Yes, it does have an outer space feel to it. Wasn’t planning on that but most of the time I just go with the flow. Lol
