Recently, I was checking out a fellow blogger’s (Bill’s favorite Stamper) post of the wonderful card she made for the Crazy for Challenges, C4C18 challenge and thought that participating in a weekly challenge sounded like fun.
So, I made this Polka Dot “Cheer up” card for my friend (who is in the hospital right now) with this challenge in mind.
